This policy explains how TrackParity — a project of DX World – Daniel Acar — processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A German-language Impressum is available separately.

What we collect and why
- Email newsletter / Mini-Audit sign-up. When you submit the form, we process the email address you provide in order to send you the free Mini-Audit and related guidance. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Server / access data. Our host serves the site over an encrypted connection and may process technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.
Processors we use
- MailerLite (email delivery and list management). Your email address is stored and processed by MailerLite on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
- Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery). Cloudflare processes technical connection data to serve and protect the site; where processing involves a transfer outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical server data is kept only as long as needed for operation and security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email daniel.acar@trackparity.com.

We never sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
